How to Apply for the Open Doors Russian Scholarship 2021-22?

• There are 2 rounds for the master’s program, on the one hand, 3 rounds for the doctoral degree.
• First-round contain portfolio filling, the candidates have to fill their portfolio with all relevant documents for example: certificate, awards, research papers, and honors. However, all your achievements will be included.
